PURCHASE, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
The following applies for all products purchased from this website www.gjhenterprise.com
- All payment transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia or its equivalents.
- Delivery charges are subject to the weight of goods and the area zones both in Malaysia and internationally.
- Responsibility will not be accepted for problems occasioned by customs, customer information errors or unforeseen delays beyond our control such as natural or regional disasters.
Goods sold are non-refundable.
However, you can request a refund ONLY if:
- you do not receive your orders within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-7 day processing), provided you give sufficient evidence of non-delivery.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
To Request a Return:
Please notify us of the reasons for your request by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after the guaranteed time of delivery (60 days) is over.
Your request will not be accepted if there is proof of delivery from the delivery/courier service.
B. Returns and Exchanges:
You can request a return of an item for an exchange/replacement if:
- you received a product with clear manufacturing defects
- you receive the wrong item from the one you ordered
The product color may vary from the picture, as it is made of natural material.
Any scar, wrinkle of other subtle variations are characteristic of natural leather, and
will not affect its strength or quality. Our products are folded for storage and shipping, thus
any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its use.
To Request a Return:
Please notify us of the reasons for your request by emailing to email@example.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the item. Please include sufficient valid evidence such as a photo and/or video shoot of the item and a clear description of the problem. Any complaints and feedback will be considered on a case by case basis to determine the validity of the complaint.
Please also note the following:
- Please do not return the product without getting prior consent in writing.
- Only product replacements are given subject to our stock availability.
- Requests for return of products are only approved for further inspection if
- accompanied by proof of purchase
- and photo and video evidence of manufacturing defects identified
- and submitted within 48 hours upon the receipt of the item.
- Any other reasons including defects arising from mishandling will not be accepted.
- The time taken to process an approved request for replacement may take at least 2-7 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
- All goods shall be returned to us in its original unused condition with its original packaging within 3 days after approval for the return is given. Proof of date of receipt will need to be attached.
- All costs for returns will be borne by the buyer.
- If the request for goods returned is accepted by our company, your replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible at our cost
- Our company reserves the right to refuse a request for a replacement if the product is found to be in good functional condition after our final inspection or under the following conditions:
- Further use of the said product after notifying us of the defect, without the consent of GJH Enterprise.
- The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working condition or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products.
- Alters or repairs on the product without our consent.
